The goal of the class is to get you moving with new challenges that will test your balance, strength, body awareness and activate the all important core. The class will utilize the TRX, BOSU, dots, elastic bands, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. As an added bonus, you'll be burning calories at a higher rate during and after class.
 
The class will meet four (4) consecutive Tuesday nights at 715pm in the aerobic room.
 
The first Tuesday class is September 5th, followed by September 12, 19, and 26.  
 
Each class is 30-minutes in length. 
 
Class size is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4.
 
The four class cost per person is $120 (if 3 people sign up) or $90 (if 4 people sign up).
