about Brad
Mission:
My mission is to help you improve your fitness and health for improved performance and quality of life.
Implementation of mission:
Using a variety of progressive challenges, I will help you to improve your strength, balance, core strength, and posture by placing you out of balance, having you rotate, and engage your brain. It works for golf, it works for tennis, and it works for life.
Adult fitness history:
I have been a bodybuilder, a marathon walker, and currently a soccer player. I regularly run, walk, bike, perform resistance training exercises, and generally just keep moving. I have been an ovo-lacto vegetarian over half of my life. My favorite supplement is a nap.
